Shipping Services
Packnest offers safe and free shipping services across the UK, USA, and Australia.
Clients in these regions are entitled to free shipping.
For orders outside of these countries, a minimal shipping fee is applied on all types of printing and packaging products.
Standard Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is 8 to 10 working days.
The countdown begins after the approval of digital proofs of your ordered products.
Wrong Address
If a client provides an incorrect or insufficient shipping address:
The shipment will be returned to us.
The client will be responsible for reshipment costs to deliver the order to the updated address.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment goes unclaimed, it will be returned to Packnest.
The client will be liable to pay reshipment charges for the order.
Packnest Will Not Be Liable For
Delays caused by courier companies
Delays due to unavoidable weather or political circumstances
Delays initiated by government authorities (customs, clearance, etc.)
Delays caused by improper order details or incorrect shipping addresses provided by clients
Rush Orders (Extra Charges Apply)
Rush orders are available upon request
Package shipment within 5 to 6 business days after final approval (with an additional fee)
International Shipping Policy
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping
Packnest does not assume responsibility for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order
Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the client
If you need to initiate an investigation or facilitate the return of goods to our warehouse, please complete and sign the Authorization Form
