Copyrights and Trademarks
You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials you incorporate into your Products. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your Products. By placing an order on this Site, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorize packagingbull.co.uk™ to produce the Products on your behalf.
Customer Content
You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials you incorporate into your Products. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners.
All information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages and any other materials (“Content”) are the sole responsibility of the person that produced such Content. You agree not to use the website to upload or transmit any unlawful, indecent, or infringing content. Packagingbull.co.uk™ does not control customer-posted content and does not guarantee its accuracy, integrity or quality.
You are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your account. All orders placed under your account are your responsibility. By submitting designs, you grant packagingbull.co.uk™ a world-wide, royalty free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and process your designs for the purpose of fulfilling orders.
Packagingbull.co.uk™ reserves the right to remove or disclose any Content if required by law or necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
Design Files
Packagingbull.co.uk™ will only provide design files at 72 DPI (low resolution). For higher resolution design files, please contact info@packagingbull.co.uk for a quote.
Customer Submitted Artwork
All artwork must be provided in CMYK format at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Packagingbull.co.uk™ is not responsible for color changes from RGB to CMYK or for fuzzy/distorted images from low-resolution artwork.
Proofing & Matching
All print jobs require customer approval of final artwork and job specifications. Customers are responsible for reviewing all details before final approval. Packagingbull.co.uk™ is not liable for errors missed by the customer during proofing.
Color matching and density are not guaranteed unless a hardcopy proof is ordered (extra charge). Lamination may affect final colors.
Materials
Paper/card stock used is not food grade unless explicitly requested in writing before placing an order.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for final proof and layout approval before printing. Packagingbull.co.uk™ is not liable for:
Graphics orientation or placement
Incorrect font usage
Spelling, grammatical, or punctuation errors
Wrong die cuts or folds
Incorrect product size
Color Accuracy and Hardcopy Proofs
Color reproduction is within 90% accuracy of approved proofs. Hardcopy proofs are required for guaranteed accuracy.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and defend Packagingbull.co.uk™, its licensors, officers, and employees against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or use of third-party materials without authorization.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before printing/shipping. Cancellation fees apply depending on production stage:
Stage 1 (order placed): $15 + 5% processing fee
Stage 2 (design stage): 20% cancellation fee
Stage 3 (before printing): 50% cancellation fee
Stage 4 (shipped): Not cancellable
Design Orders
No refunds are issued for design service orders once placed.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Errors verified as Packagingbull.co.uk™’s responsibility will be reprinted, not refunded.
Reprints
Defects, damages, or missing items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. At least 99% of the defective product must be returned within 10 days for reprint eligibility.
Order Shipping and Delivery
Standard: Ships in 10–14 business days after proof approval. Shipping time not guaranteed.
Priority: Ships in 8 business days after proof approval.
Express: Ships in 6 business days after proof approval.
Packagingbull.co.uk™ is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond its control. Customers are responsible for customs duties and fees.
