Return and Refund Policy

 

Customized Products

Since the products and services offered by Packnest.co.uk are customized according to each client’s requirements, customers must notify us at info@packnest.co.uk within 3 working days of receiving the order if the delivered products:

  • Do not meet the agreed specifications, or

  • Are defective

Chargebacks are not accepted. However, if the defect is proven to be on Packnest’s side, we will provide a free reprint of the order. The final decision regarding defects will be made by Packnest’s management team.

We accept returns to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their products and provide troubleshooting feedback for quick resolution.

Standard Return Time

Customers can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving their shipment, provided that the items are:

  • Unopened

  • Undamaged

Returns that do not comply with this policy will be rejected and sent back to the original address.

For customized products, if the order is defective or does not meet specifications, notify us within 3 working days at info@packnest.co.uk.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

All claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be made within 3 working days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting products immediately upon receipt.

  • Minor scratches and slight discolorations are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under this policy.

Costs of Return Shipping

  • Refunds are generally not provided. Instead, if the defect is on Packnest’s side, we will offer a free reprint.

  • Customers must return the entire order within 7 working days, at their own expense, along with supporting documents or digital images showing the defect.

  • If the error is on the client’s side and they still request a refund, the printed job must be returned. The refund will be issued after deducting setup and shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • If rejected, you will be notified with the reason.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary).

  3. Contact your bank (refund posting delays may occur).

If you still have not received your refund after these steps, contact us at info@packnest.co.uk.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Delivery time for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
